Dining Room at Flag Hill

Flag Hill showcases a unique style of dinners in the Flag Hill Dining Room.  Dinners feature fantastic flavors and taste to fit the season.

We are very excited to announce that coming in April we will debut our new diningroom.  With more seating and other unique features the new diningroom is sure to be impressive.

Unfortunately we won't be having any dinners until then as we are extremly busy with renovations. We have left up our December menus to give an idea about the food we like to offer. Keep an eye open for more updates as we get closer to being finished.

Chef Mark Davidson

Mark Davidson has been in the food service industry for over 25 years. He attended Johnson & Wales University with a double degree in Food Service Management and Travel-Tourism Management. He has worked at the Harborside Inn on Martha's Vineyard and at numerous restaurants in the Providence, RI area. He founded Creative Caterers and along with his wife, owned and operated for three years.

After moving to Worcester, MA and attaining a teaching degree he became a vocational instructor in the public school system. Mark went on to working in adult educational programs for the next 9 years, teaching culinary arts and baking.

Following in that vein he then took on several chef and manager positions in the Worcester area colleges and universities. Before returning to Flag Hill, Mark worked as a chef and co-manager at Mawbys (a specialty food and gourmet catering company) in Andover, MA. We welcome back Mark to Flag Hill where he has assisted with the weddings, events, dinners and Harvest Fest since 2004. In his spare time he enjoys world travel and his summer cottage at Camp Hedding in Epping, NH.
