Reservation Information:
1. Price for the event is $65 per person, including tax and gratuities.
2. For reservations, please call 603-659-2949, 9am – 5pm or email anytime to wine-info@flaghill.com
3. Please include the following information:
o Your Name, Contact Phone & Email along with: Number of people for the reservation
o Credit Card Number (please do not email credit card numbers, please call those in separately)
o Any dietary restrictions
4. Reservations will be taken until capacity is reached.
5. Reservations may be canceled through 9 days previous to the 8/3/19 event (7/25/19). Any cancellations after this time period will be charged at $25 per person. If you/we are able to fill the seats, there will be no charge.
6. All credit cards will be charged the day prior to the event.

Arrival Time / Dress Attire / Format:
1. You may arrive 15 minutes before the event (of which begins at 6pm) so enjoy a beverage from the cash bar.
2. The gift store will be open at last call for anyone looking to purchase any Flag Hill wine or spirits.
3. Most guests come dressed in business casual and/or nice jeans with a dress shirt or top.

In its' 7th year, the event, put on by the non-profit organization Lakes Region Community Services, is a night like no other in the region. Local Chefs/Restaurateurs, wineries, breweries, distilleries, farms, bakeries, and more come together to showcase their talents and to raise money for the LRCS's mission: helping individuals with developmental disabilities and acquired brain disorders and their families live full and inclusive lives.     *NEW THIS YEAR!* We're excited to share that our very own Chef Zach, Head Chef of Flag Hill Catering & Events, will be heading a "Spirits and Sweets" tasting! He will bring a mouthwatering pairing of Chocolate Pecan Bark paired with Flag Hill Marechal Foch wine, and maple macaroons with Flag Hill Straight Rye Whiskey. (And if you've ever been to one of our brunches, you know how awesome his macaroons are!)

    Flag Hill Heavy Rum is made & aged 6 years at Flag Hill Distillery in Lee, NH. It has the body of a sailor but the character of a saint.

    At the pirate-themed, release party you will have a full buffet dinner finished with rum cake, costume contest (best costume gets a bottle!), barrel-rolling contest (awesome prize for who can roll a barrel through the course the fastest), and live entertainment!

    Reservation Information:  Price for the event is $65 per person, including tax and gratuities.

    In the case of significant weather issues, whereby Flag Hill determines unsafe driving conditions exist for our staff and guests, we will contact those with reservations by both phone and email as well as post the cancellation on our web site. We try to make this decision as early as possible based on anticipated weather conditions, with enough time to alert everyone. Those with original reservations will be asked if they would like to keep the reservation for a new date or decline at no charge to the guests.

    It's the event of the year for spirits lovers- the Distiller's Showcase is back for its 7th year at the DoubleTree Manchester Hotel. Each year, hundreds gather for the showcasing of premium and ultra-premium spirits shown by distilleries all over the world (We think New Hampshire has the best though!)
