Our March Chef's Table Dinner is featuring Flag Hill Sugar Maple Liqueur

1st Course
Scallop Corn Cake
pan fried scallop corn cake with a house made maple bacon jam
paired with The Maple Manhattan

2nd Course
Roasted Acorn Squash Salad
maple roasted acorn squash, arugula, walnuts, dried cranberries, maple crumble, finished with creamy goat cheese dressing
paired with The Salty Pig cocktail

3rd Course
entrees accompanied by rosemary apricot cauliflower puree & sweet potato hash

Choose an entrée:
Chipotle & Maple Glazed Lamb Shank
chipotle & maple rubbed lamb shanks pan-seared, slow roasted with a rich demi-glaze
paired with Cayuga White

Beef Roulade
sweet & savory stuffing made from pears, pecans,& local maple syrup all rolled into tender flank steak finished with Flag Hill bourbon maple sauce
paired with Marechal Foch

4th Course Maple Crème Caramel
paired with Maple Spritzer

*Vegetarian Entree Option is  Butternut Squash Ravioli with Maple Rosemary Cream Sauce paired with Flag HIll Cayuga White

Reservation Information:

1. Price for the event is $65 per person, including tax and gratuities.
2. For reservations, please call 603-659-2949, 9am – 5pm or email anytime to wine-info@flaghill.com
3. Please include the following information:
o Your Name, Contact Phone & Email along with:  Number of people for the reservation
o Credit Card Number (please do not email credit card numbers, please call those in separately)
o Any dietary restrictions

4. Reservations will be taken until capacity is reached.
5. Reservations may be canceled through 9 days previous to the 3/9/19 event (2/28/19). Any cancellations after this time period will be charged at $25 per person. If you/we are able to fill the seats, there will be no charge.

6. All credit cards will be charged the day prior to the event.

Arrival Time / Dress Attire / Format:
1. You may arrive 15 minutes before the event  (of which begins at 6pm) so enjoy a beverage from the cash bar.
2. The gift store will be open at last call for anyone looking to purchase any Flag Hill products.
3. Most guests come dressed in business casual and/or nice jeans with a dress shirt or top.4. In the case of significant weather issues, whereby Flag Hill determines unsafe driving conditions exist for our staff and guests, we will contact those with reservations by both phone and email as well as post the cancellation on our website. We try to make this decision as early as possible based on anticipated weather conditions, with enough time to alert everyone. Those with original reservations will be asked if they would like to keep the reservation for a new date or decline at no charge to the guests.

    Maple Mustard Braised Pork Guanciale seasoned braised pork jowl served on grilled polenta cake with maple mustard sauce and onion strings

    Paired with Maple Manhattan

     Warm Brussel Sprout Salad sautéed brussel sprouts and bacon topped with walnuts, blue cheese, maple balsamic dressing and maple candy crumble

    Paired with The Macintosh Sparkling Cocktail

    Maple Marinated Lamb Chop pan-seared fresh lamb chops with zesty chilled horseradish sauce

    Paired with Marechal Foch

    We are celebrating Maple Month with an extra fun Maple Madness Pancake Hoedown... What is this you say? ... A ridiculous amount of fun... No but really, It's a one-of-a-kind Pancake Breakfast with a special "Distillery Style" twist, there will be pancake toppings including a Whiskey Bacon Maple Syrup- and Spirit Infused Fruit Compotes!

    There are two seating times; 8:30 am 10 am so you have your table for about an hour *(so sit and enjoy a Maple Manhattan or Martini with your pancakes). Chad Verbeck will be featured playing some bluegrass jams until 11:30 as well!

    We want you to wake up in total Sunday-Funday vibes so dress for this Ridiculously Classy Maple Madness Pancake Hoedown in either your best Formal Wear or your Best hoedown Attire (yea, you can have a "best flannel". Prizes for each attire category!

    $13 per person, includes Pancakes, Pancakes fixings, and coffee and tea. Reservations a head of time are required. very limited seating available!

    A Bartender will be available for your mimosa, bloody mary, Maple Martini and Maple Manhattan orders! Cheers!

    Some questions on if children are able to attend- Kids CAN come with... Just make sure you check signage for the pancakes and syrups/fruit computes... There will be alcohol added in many of the options- some of these syrups may be blended with the alcohol (not necessarily with alcohol cooked out). Labels should be pretty clear but make sure everyone is aware and you know we are here for questions if anything comes up.

    Appolo Vineyards, Flag Hill Distillery and Winery, Squamscott Vineyard, Sweet Baby Vineyard, and Zorvino Vineyards present the 202 Seacoast Barrel Event Weekend! Spend the weekend traveling from winery to winery, tasting some of the best wines the Seacoast has to offer.

    Guests will be able to purchase tickets via Eventbrite (follow the link provided). With the purchase of your ticket- $15- you will receive 4 samples at each winery, and a glass from the winery you begin at. Participating wineries will be open from 11-4 on April 4th and 5th for Barrel Event participants. Food will be available to purchase at select wineries. We can't wait to see you!
