    Chef’s Table Dinner Series are dinner events that happen at Flag Hill, Summer 2020 will feature outdoor/vineyard-side dinners! These dinners are 4-course dinners, with each course being paired with a wine/spirit/cocktail.

    Dinner reservations are $65 per person of which includes the 4-course dinner, wine/spirit/ or cocktail pairings with each course, tax and hospitality .

    Chef’s Table Dinner details:
    *Your ENTREE CHOICE and any needed dietary restriction into along with your payment (Credit Card) info must be provided by September 3, prior to the dinner.

    Reservation Information:
    1. Price for the event is $65 per person, including tax and gratuities.
    2. For reservations, please call 603-659-2949, 9am – 5pm or email anytime to EVENTS@flaghill.com
    3. Please include the following information:
    o Your Name, Contact Phone & Email along with: Number of people for the reservation
    o Credit Card Number (please do not email credit card numbers, please call those in separately)
    o Any dietary restrictions
    4. Reservations will be taken until capacity is reached.
    5. Reservations may be canceled through 9/5/20. Any cancellations after this time period will be charged at $25 per person. If you/we are able to fill the seats, there will be no charge. All Credit Card payments will be processed starting on Thursday 9/10.

    Arrival Time / Dress Attire / Format:
    1. You may arrive 15 minutes before the event (of which begins at 6pm) so enjoy a beverage from the cash bar.
    2. The gift store will be open at last call for anyone looking to purchase any Flag Hill products.
    3. Most guests come dressed in business casual and/or nice jeans with a dress shirt or top.

    Join us here at Flag Hill Distillery and Winery for HarvestFest Open House on 9/20!

    We will feature a Rick House Experience with Distiller/Wine Maker Brian Ferguson, harvest-themed games, and you-pick table grapes! (We suspect the table grapes will be ready to be picked before our HarvestFest date; We will notify *You-Pick* ticket holders (by email) with a date(s)/time to come to pick each varietal as they are ready).
    You are also encouraged to explore our grounds including our Agricultural Walking Tour! The walking tour is complete with signage and links for you to check out to hear about our land, property, practices, and features right from the Flag Hill winemaker/ distiller!
    Live music by Chicken Shack Bluegrass Band from 1-4 pm! Check out their music at  https://www.facebook.com/ChickenshackBluegrass/
    Check-in begins at 11 AM in our tented space.
    From 11 AM to 5 PM we’ve scheduled a day of demonstrations led by our team here at Flag Hill, interactive activities, live music, and like every day, our Tasting Room will be open for sampling our wines and spirits (call ahead to make your tasting reservations; 603-659-2949).Chef Zach is preparing a full BBQ luncheon… to enjoy the harvest fest activities AND the BBQ buffet is just $30 per person! If you would like to, also, pick some of our table grapes the tickets to do so are $45 per person. We hope to see you there!

    11:00 am – Doors open; check-in begins! – all guests receive Agricultural Walking Tour MAP
    11:15 am- Rick House Experience (Meet at Green Barn in Parking Area for a tour and in-depth discussion with Brian Ferguson on all things spirits)
    12:30 pm Relay Race (Gather a team of 4 friends or family members for a grape harvest-themed relay race for a chance for each person on your team to win a Flag Hill T-Shirt & Bottle of Wine)
    1:15 pm Barrel Rolling Competition (This is your chance to win a 55-gallon barrel that was used to age a Flag Hill wine or spirit!)
    1-4 pm Chicken Shack Bluegrass band plays under the big tent
    2-3:30 pm BBQ Lunch available in the big white tent

    Due to Food Service Reopening Guidelines we are unable to host our Brunch & Bubbles this year, so we are mixing things up and hosting PLATED BRUNCH AT THE VINEYARD!
    Our first Plated Brunch at the Vineyard is on Sunday, July 19th at 11am.
    The Plated Brunch with feature a Bottle of our Sparkling Cayuga ($43 per person includes one bottle per 2 adult guests) and 3 Brunch Plates.
    Please note: we will be sitting tables 6 ft from each other.
