Rye Blackberry Smash
2 oz. Flag Hill Straight Rye Whiskey
½ oz. Simple Syrup
½ oz. Cointreau
½ Apricot- small dice (save some for garnish)
5 Mint Leaves (save some for garnish)
5-7 Blackberries
In a cocktail shaker, muddle fuit, mint, and simple syrup. Add Cointreau and Flag Hill Straight Rye Whiskey. Shake well for about 15 seconds. Strain into a lowball glass that’s filled with ice. Garnish with mint leaves and apricot pieces.
