MADE IN NH - SHIPPED TO YOUR DOOR
Flag Hill doesn’t just make wines from our French-American, and Minnesota hybrid grapes, we also produce excellent fruit wines, a fortified wine, and we are now producing sparkling wines. We are always evolving and producing new products. Come visit us to check out all of the new wines or come back for your old favorite.
BUBBLY CAYUGA WHITE
Flag Hill’s first sparkling wine. Crisp, green apple fills the glass and is quickly overcome with bright, ripe Comice pear aromas. Focused and light; made in the style of Prosecco Sparkling. This wine has a delicate creaminess from the bubbles. Amazing to enjoy by itself, or try it with a touch of one of our fruit liqueurs.
CAYUGA WHITE
Our most popular wine! Lightly effervescent from an arrested fermentation- a tell-tale sign of a wine fermented to respect fruit. Bright acid balanced against a sweet background of orange, pear, and green apple, both on the nose and palate. A Northern grape that can be very reminiscent of Riesling, and one of Flag Hill’s most consistent and incredible wines.
APPLE CRANBERRY
Wonderful, tart Massachusetts cranberries take the stage and almost steal the show away from the incredible apples we get from Apple Hill farm in Concord, New Hampshire. This is one of Flag Hill’s sweetest creations, but a nice balance gets struck between the nectarous nature of the wine, and the pucker of the cranberries.
ROSÉ
Bright fruit fills the glass with notes of ripe, summer strawberry, and distant orange peel. Light, airy, fruit-centric, and balanced. The only thing more exciting than the taste of this wine is the beautiful rose gold hue both in and out of light. This is one of the most unique wines we produce here at Flag Hill.
MARECHAL FOCH
A soft, medium-bodied red wine aged in French oak and American oak barrels. The wine is characterized by lingering flavors of cherry and plum with nice acidity. This is a great wine for anyone who enjoys Chianti Classico style wines. “Foch” is an incredible grape when made into a specific style of wine. The earthiness of this fruit shines through in this vintage varietal wine.
