Intense raspberry aromas fill the glass and are gently supported by notes of berries, Jolly Ranchers, and Swedish Fish. On the lips if is gentle, pleasantly tangy, and perfectly weighted. One of Flag Hill’s oldest wines.

Grapes/Blend: 100% Midwestern Raspberries

Notes from the Winemaker: Fermented with two yeasts (S. Cerevisiae and S. Bayanus) at 64˚F keeps ester production, fruit retention and acid management all in balance.  The wine is fermented to dry and then back sweetened to 50g/L.  This wine is one of the only wines we make from non-New England fruit.
